5 Ways to Wellbeing - Connect WBT Thursday, 14 January 2021

The first of our 5 ways to wellbeing  we are focussing on is 'Connect'  


Being 'connected' is about building and keeping up relationships with other people, especially the ones that you love and care about (family and friends)


Feeling close to and valued by other people is fundamental to everyone and contributes to our wellbeing.  It is okay not to feel okay during these strange and confusing times, that's when family and friends are so important.


Talk to someone instead of sending an email or a text.


Take time not only to talk but to listen

Take a genuine interest in other people's wellbeing and how they may be feeling.

Building connections with friends, neighbours and your local community will support and enrich you every day.
