5 Ways to Wellbeing WBT Monday, 11 January 2021

As mentioned in our last wellbeing newsletter, our children's emotional wellbeing is extremely important to us her at Surrey Street.  It is essential that we find and practise positive ways of thinking especially during these very uncertain times.


There are some simple things that everyone can do that can help boost your mood and keep you happy.  They're so easy to do and don't cost any money.


They are know as the 5 ways to wellbeing and they are:
