Luton Borough Council SEND Local Offer
The Local Offer sets out information about provision the Local Authority expects to be available across education, health and social care for children and young people in their area who have SEN or are disabled.
Parents/Carers are encouraged to access the Local Offer.
EPIC (Empowering Parents, Influencing Change) Luton is the official Parent Carer Forum for the Luton Borough. We are a voluntary and independent group of Luton Parents and Carers whose purpose is to become the bridge between services and families and a collective voice representing all members and all disabilities.
