Homework |
As we are preparing the children for their end of primary school assessments and their transition to high school, we do have slightly higher homework expectations than they may have experienced before.
We check this every week and any homework not completed will be completed during breaks and lunchtimes at school with support from staff.
We will offer lunchtime clubs for children to stay in to complete any of their homework if they choose to. This is the homework children will be expected to do:

As you may be aware, the children will be doing SATs tests in May. We will be doing lots of work in school in order to prepare the children for these but it makes a huge difference if you read every day with your child at home and encourage them to practise their spellings and complete their homework on time. |
The key stage 2 tests are timetabled from Monday 13th May - Thursday 16th May 2024.
